St. Margaret of Scotland is an important part of the Galiano Island Community. And the Community is an important part of St. Margaret's Church and its role.
In reviewing our Mission and Values as an island church, we engaged parishioners as well as community organizations and members. We see ourselves as partners in God's mission in the world, along with all people of faith.
We adopted a vision as a church: Renewed Hearts, Renewed Spirits, Renewed People. And developed a Strategic Plan, that would help us, with God's guidance, towards how we would help achieve our vision.
Our Strategic Plan is attached for everyone to read and consider how you can get involved in the spiritual life of our community.
